The Mambo Collective

The Mambo Collective have been running classes continuously for the past 9 years in Sheffield. Initially starting with a single class of 3 students and now run 6 classes of varying levels, On1 and On2 (The original 3 students still attend the classes!).

From day one the the Mambo Collectives teaching has always emphasised excellent partnering technique, efficient movement and precision footwork. The ability to lead and follow well has always been stressed as more important than style, after all there are two people involved in every dance and if they can't communicate effectivly there can't be a successful and enjoyable partner dance experience.

Sue and Dave

Sue and Dave combine backgrounds in adult education, sports coaching, and bio-mechanics with over 15 years of Salsa dance experience. As nationally qualified educators and coaches they are able to deliver detailed, technical information in a variety of clear, fun and unusual ways. Their backgrounds have given them the ability to be able to analyse the why's and how's of partnering techniques and condense it down into a set of underlying principles.

It's these principles that form the core of the Fiat 2 Ferrari ethos.
